Retail Buyer

Responsibilities:

  • Constantly look for potential brands for for the modern retail chain and do analysis of the brands
  • Do buying preparation (prepare forecast, product plan/ buying for local production or Principal and article list)
  • Analyse consumer buying patterns, customer respond, market trends to plan products range according to the company's brand image
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing
  • Monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, including checking markdown template and execution
  • Ensure the timeline of delivery product, create the initial products allocation plan to stores monthly, monitor sales and the inventory level
  • Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ of experiences as retail buyer
  • Having good relationship and networking in modern retail (Beauty care, Skin care, Personal care)
  • Advance in MS Office, market research, data analyzing & forecasting tools
  • Strong in numeracy skills, analysis, good communication, negotiating, networking, computer competences, and problem solving.

Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts within the retail beauty, personal care industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in modern trade channels
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling beauty industry / FMCG
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Key Account Manager
  • Positive attitude, fast response, result-driven with goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Event & Community Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing brand community management
  • Conduct analysis and development of community expansion strategies
  • Manage brand community relationships
  • Plan, execute, evaluate, and analyze brand activities involving the community

Requirements

  • Have experience at least 2 year at beauty industry
  • Experience and relationships in community and event management
  • Ability to handle events and manage sponsorship relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, event management, team management, creativity, initiative, detail-oriented, and negotiation skills
